Ninja Turtles!

Ninja Turtles are quite popular in my house!  In fact, last year, my son had a Ninja Turtle party.  This year, I am making TMNT decor for a little boy who is turning 6 next month!

Last night I was working on some cupcake toppers and a banner when my own son (also almost 6) walks in and was so excited to see Shredder on my desk.   He asks me 'Did you cut out Michelangelo yet?'.  I showed him I had.  He kneels down, looks in my box.  He then looks up at me and says 'good job.  Keep up the good work mom'.  LOL, this kid cracks me up sometimes!

So today I am finishing off this party and starting on an adorable Hippo party for twins!

2015 is off to a busy start!  I am now fully booked for parties for the months of Jan and Feb and halfway into March!

Wow...Been Busy!

I had every intention on figuring out this whole blogging thing, getting my facebook started and then BAM!  I got way too busy to do anything!

This year has been very successful for me.

In total I made:

327 Custom Ornaments
13 Glass Blocks
167 Keys for Santa (Including one for own son who was concerned about Santa not coming because we do not have a fireplace)
47 Plates and Cups for Santa's Cookies and Milk
and I STILL kept up with regular orders AND worked many, many hours at my part time job!

I somehow managed to find time to create some gifts for my family and put together a nice Christmas  Eve Dinner for everyone, but wow, was I ever stressed and, not to mention, exhausted!

Christmas day is VERY quiet around here and I slept for 6 hours Christmas afternoon!  I really must have needed the rest!  I had planned on working my studio (it really needs a good cleaning!) and get started on some custom projects I have coming up.

But, now the holidays are over and life will get back to 'normal' soon!   I am currently working on 2 very special baby showers, one is in April and other in May!

See the pictures below for a sneak peek!  Both parties will be adorable!

Well, time to assemble 2 banners!  Have a wonderful day everyone, and for those of you who live in Southern Ontario, I hope you are enjoying this GORGEOUS December weather as much as I am!

It's Christmas in July!

I have been cleaning and sorting out my craft room, trying to find uses for all the supplies that I have held on to but never used!  I'm sure there are many crafters who horde products saying 'one day I'll use it!'.  Well, this is that one day for me!  I am trying to downsize my stock and make more room in my tiny little craft studio!

This week, I have been using up Christmas paper pads!  I have about 20 of these (no word of a lie!) and some of them make the cutest tags!

These tags are absolutely adorable and perfect to attach to any Christmas Gift, Hostess Gift or Party Favour this holiday season!

Each tag is hand punched from 2 layers of quality card stock.  The top is an adorable Christmas themed pattern and the bottom layer is 110lb solid white card stock so these tags are pretty sturdy!  The back is left blank for you to write a message on!  Natural coloured string is already attached to each tag!

Each tag measures appx 2" W and 1.75"H.

Each set of tags is $2.00 and includes 8 handmade tags.

Quantities are limited!

Christmas Gift Holiday Gift Tags

Winter Tree Holiday Gift Tags

Elegant Christmas Tree and Snowflake Gift Tags

Polar Bear Kids Christmas Tags

Vintage Looking Christmas Town Gift Tags

Winter Owl Christmas Gift Tags

Gingerbread Christmas Gift Tags

Tags are blank on the back side and have plenty of space to write a message!
